Information We Collect
When you submit our contact or lead-capture forms, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and details about your business. There are no user accounts on this site, and we do not collect payment information through this website.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that does not track you across sites. We may also use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) and Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site performance and usage.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of processors to operate this site: Google Calendar (call booking), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. Booking a call through our Google Calendar link is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiries, deliver resources you request, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to serve you. To access, correct, or delete information you have shared with us, email sir-tay.jackson@rflowproductions.com and we will handle it promptly.
Children
This site is directed at business owners and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
